Montague Charter Academy for the Arts and Sciences

 

Student Enrollment Information for the 2024-2025 school year has now begun. We are now enrolling grades TK-5. Our new online enrollment link is located below. Click on the "Apply Now" button and you can get started. Montague Charter Academy for the Arts and Sciences (“MCA”) welcomes all students to enroll for a high-quality education that features an academic program where students thrive in their learning. Our educational experience includes participation in the arts and sciences, P.E., and technology courses for all students including those with disabilities. MCA is an ADA-accessible campus.
 

Age Requirements:

 

Transitional Kindergarten

Student’s 5th birthday must be between September 2nd and June 2, 2025
*NOTE: Date of birth: 9/2/2020 to 6/2/2021

 

Four-Year Old TK Students

*TK students with date of birth 6/3/2021-9/1/2021 require a school readiness interview.

 

Kindergarten

 

 

Required Documents

 

• Age verification:
  Birth Certificate (Original) 

• Home address verification (Under parent’s name)
  DWP bill (Must be current from the last 90 days)
  Gas bill (Must be current from the last 90 days)
  Letter from a government agency, state or federal (From the last 90 days)

 

• Immunization record

      All shots must be up to date

 

• Physical (Required for 1st grade only)

 

• Transfer from the previous school (If previously enrolled at any school)
   PAR (LAUSD schools)
   Latest report card
